Monticello is seeking a part-time associate to work in our Reservations Office.  The Reservations Associate will serve as the point of contact for group tour operators.  Responsibilities include: scheduling group trips, answering phones, processing reservations, taking tour deposits, making change and issuing refunds, and positively communicating pricing and touring policies.  Computer literacy is a must and experience with point-of-sale software and/or a ticket system is a plus.  Successful candidates will possess the aptitude for providing excellent customer service.  Must be able to work independently and communicate important details in a positive and professional manner. Application deadline: February 28.
