Director of Human Resources (Full-Time) The Thomas Jefferson Foundation seeks a Director of Human Resources to be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Human Resources function. The Director reports to the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and serves as a key advisor in the areas of recruitment, compensation and performance management, employee relations, training, compliance, health/welfare benefits, and volunteer/intern management.

Qualifications: Knowledge of Human Resources functional areas, including compensation, benefits, employment, performance management,  employee relations, diversity, and training; knowledge of federal and state laws affecting employees; knowledge of best practices and Human Resources policies and procedures; and an understanding of the tools and resources necessary for leveraging the effectiveness of a Human Resources department. A Bachelor's degree is required and and advanced degree is preferred. PHR or SPHR certification is required. Applicant must upload a cover letter, resume and salary history.
