The Foundation seeks an experienced individual to join our IT team as Technical Support Manager.   This position manages the Help Desk staff in order to provide support for Foundation IT resources including, but not limited to, Windows Servers and Workstations (including Office applications), VoIP phones, mobile devices mail and connectivity (iOS, Android) and basic networking.  In addition to providing leadership, this position will also provide hands-on helpdesk support by phone, email and in-person, modeling the highest level of customer service to all Foundation users.  The Technical Support Manager will perform advanced troubleshooting, data gathering, reporting from Help Desk software, and apply technical knowledge for resolution of issues identified by customers.  Candidates must be passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction, have demonstrated ability to lead a team in a complex and busy help desk environment, excellent communication skills, 5+ years of progressive IT experience including managerial and supervisory responsibilities, and demonstrated ability to develop and deliver technical information and training to customers with a wide range of technical competence.  A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and related experience in computer science, management information systems, computer engineering or related discipline is required.  Applicants for this position must include a salary history with their application materials.  Position is open until filled.
